Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

At CanalSteps™, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Shoes should be tried indoors only on a clean surface to protect the soles.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  • Our team will provide return instructions.

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is incorrect, defective, or damaged.

  • Please ship the product using a reliable postal service or courier and keep your tracking number, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding approval.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Bank processing times may vary.

  • For returns due to personal preference, return shipping costs are deducted from the refund.

  • For items returned due to wrong, defective, or damaged products, refunds are issued in full, and replacements are sent at no additional cost.

Exchanges & Replacements

  • If you need a different size or style, or received the wrong item, please contact us at support@canalsteps.com.

  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost whenever possible.

  • If you choose not to accept a replacement, you may return the item at your own expense for a refund once received.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery times are generally 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.
