At CanalSteps™, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging. Shoes should be tried indoors only on a clean surface to protect the soles. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.
Return Process
To request a return, please contact us at support@canalsteps.com . Our team will provide return instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or style, please contact us at support@canalsteps.com and we will arrange an exchange where possible.
